The Uniform Combined State Law exam — the Series 63 and Series 65 rolled into one, taken alongside the Series 7.

What it covers
Because it merges the 63 and 65, the Series 66 spans economic factors, investment vehicle characteristics, client recommendations and strategies, and laws, regulations, and ethics — with the legal and ethical material carrying the most weight. The Series 7 corequisite covers the product knowledge, so the 66 concentrates on law, advice, and analysis.
Who needs it
