We want Finance Exam Pro to be worth it. This policy explains when you're eligible for a refund.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your first paid subscription, email us within 7 daysof that initial charge and we'll refund it in full. This applies to your first purchase of a given plan.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops all future renewals, and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Renewals and partial periods

Because access is delivered digitally and continuously, renewal payments and partial (unused) periods are generally non-refundable outside the 7-day window above. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us — we review these case by case and aim to be fair.

How to request a refund

Email support@financeexampro.com from your account email with the date of the charge. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

This policy is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
