Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Finance Exam Pro (the “Service”), available at finance​exampro.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Finance Exam Pro is an educational study platform offering lessons, practice questions, flashcards, spaced-repetition review, and mock exams for financial industry exams including the SIE, Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 66, and life insurance licensing exams. It is a study aid only.

2. Not affiliated; not exam questions; not advice

Finance Exam Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FINRA, NASAA, any state insurance department, or any other exam sponsor or regulator. All practice questions are original and are not actual exam questions. The Service is for educational purposes and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or career advice. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Prices may change; we will give notice of price changes before they take effect on your next renewal.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to share your account, resell or redistribute Service content, scrape or bulk-download questions, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial study only.

6. Intellectual property

All lessons, questions, explanations, and other content are owned by Finance Exam Pro and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal study while your account is in good standing.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finance Exam Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
