This Privacy Policy explains what information Finance Exam Pro (“we”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address when you register.
- Study data — your lessons completed, answers, flashcard reviews, mastery, streaks, exam date, and study preferences, so we can build your plan and track progress.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we store only a customer identifier and subscription status.
- Technical data — basic log and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use it
- To provide, personalize, and improve the Service.
- To process subscriptions and send account and billing notices.
- To send optional study reminders, if you enable them.
- To secure the Service and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising.
Service providers
We share data only with vendors that help us run the Service, under their respective privacy and security commitments:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
Cookies
We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention and your choices
We keep your data while your account is active. You can update your details in Settings, and you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data (for example under GDPR or the CCPA); contact us to exercise them.
Children
The Service is intended for adults preparing for professional exams and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; we will post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you.
